Allyson Felix

Allyson Melissa Felix was birthed at Los Angeles, California on November 18th 1985. The father of the child, Paul Felix is an ordained Minister of the Master's Seminary, Sun Valley. Her mother Marlean Felix is a teacher at Balboa Magnet Primary School. Felix had an early aptitude for athletics when she was in high school at Los Angeles Baptist High School. Her sprinting potential at the moment. She came second at the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championships after only 10 weeks after her very first tryout. Felix completed her high school year in 2003 and became a part of Adidas to become professional athlete. Following that, she was a student at the University of Southern California studying elementary education. Felix won her first Olympic gold at the Athens Summer Olympics 2004. Felix broke a junior-world record in the 200-meter race with a time of 22.18. She was the youngest participant in the 200-meter race in the world championships that took place in Helsinki in 2005. She defended her title time and time again in 2007 by beating time-tested Jamaican competitor Veronica Campbell. Felix always placed within the top three in her various events during the Olympics held during Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo.
